New high quality office and laboratory space is
now available in the Science Park's most recently completed building:
Kenneth Dibben House, which was named after a former chairman of the Science
Park Company. HW Corporate Finance and Email Reaction, both existing tenants
of the Science Park were the first occupants, moving in on 18 September.
"This is a wonderful building in keeping with Email Reaction's image and I
am confident that Kenneth Dibben House and the Science Park generally will
continue to be a very good business location for us" said Mike Austin,
Technical Director.
Construction of the new building has taken 10
months and it has been delivered within budget. The building is Cat 6 cabled
throughout with voice/data points in all rooms, including the two bookable
meeting rooms. It is heated and cooled via a 3-pipe building-wide system and
all rooms have lights which are movement-activated. "The whole building has
a light, clean and modern feel to it. We are confident that it will prove to
be popular with tenants," said Don Fox, Chief Executive of the Science Park.
At present more than 50% of the building has been let but there are still
some units available from 500ft2 to 6,000ft2. Enquiries should be directed
