Following three years of successful operation, SEEDA has
renewed Southampton Science Park's contract to run Southampton Enterprise
Hub. The Hub assists the launch and rapid growth of high technology
start-up companies by providing mentoring, investment advice, access to
flexible workspace and mutual support.
Steve Davis, director of Southampton Enterprise Hub, has
helped more than 15 companies in the last three years.
"We give start-up businesses a helping hand to
market their products. The last three years have been very successful and we are continuing to look out
for high-tech companies showing great promise."
Jeff Alexander, SEEDA's Director of Business
and International said, "We are delighted to extend our contract with Southampton Science Park
and to continue development of the Southampton
Enterprise Hub."
