Over the past
two years, Chilworth Business Club has gathered increasing momentum to
become a well-known and well-attended networking event. Run by The
Southampton Enterprise Hub, and based at The Chilworth Business Incubator,
the Club plays a primary role in supporting and informing young technology
start-ups and SMEs.
The Club's popularity has attracted a wide
variety of experienced and highly motivational speakers; although
presentations are primarily targeted at young start-ups, the Club attracts
attendees from a wide cross-section including local councils, higher
education, established companies, local banks and service providers.
The topics cover everything from legal concerns
to marketing and sales tactics to environmental funding. Supported by a
distribution list of over 400 contacts, the Chilworth Business Club
continues to go from strength to strength.
